At Dimensional Delights, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
Return Window:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Method:
All returns are processed by mail. A prepaid return label is included in your package — there is no cost to you for returning an item.
Restocking Fees:
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible products within the same 30-day window. Items must be in new condition and returned with their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
