This Shipping Policy applies to all domestic (USA) orders. It is designed to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping procedures and terms. By placing an order with Dimensional Delights, you agree to the policies outlined below.
Shipping Costs
We offer a $5.00 flat shipping rate on all orders within the United States.
There are no additional handling or hidden fees.
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time (Domestic)
Transit Time: 6–9 business days (Monday–Friday)
Order Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Carriers
We use trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reliable delivery partners for all domestic shipments.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing your tracking code and a link to track your package.
A valid email address is required at checkout to ensure you receive tracking updates.
If you do not receive tracking information within 2–3 days after placing your order, please contact us at support@dimensionaldelights.com for assistance.
Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping & Processing
Dimensional Delights reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or cancel orders at our discretion.
This may apply in cases involving:
Unusual or excessive return history
Potential fraudulent activity
Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or mail forwarding services
Bulk or custom-made orders exceeding 20 items (which may require extra processing time)
Change of Address
We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@dimensionaldelights.com.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has shipped, you may request a cancellation at any time prior to dispatch.
If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for guidance.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:
